We fit a temporary set of road-ready wheels to your car at our Harlow workshop so you can drive to work and stay fully mobile while your original alloys are getting refurbsihed. At our dedicated workshop, we completely strip the wheel back to bare metal in an acid bath, fix the structural damage, and apply industrial powder coating that is oven-baked. It results in a factory-hard, defensive barrier that easily withstands road salt, pressure washers, and potholes. This is the same process as a car manufacturers factory.

If your wheel has a hairline crack or a flat spot from a pothole, our certified technicians use precision TIG welding and hydraulic straightening machinery to restore its structural integrity. However, your safety is our absolute priority—if a wheel is cracked across a main spoke or structurally compromised beyond safe limits, we will always advise replacement over repair.

Because a CNC lathe removes a micro-layer of aluminum to erase curb damage, a wheel can generally only be diamond-cut 2 to 3 times before the structural profile becomes too thin around the spokes or bolt holes. Our technicians will inspect the wheel first before advising whether or not a refurbishment can be performed. Often, we can weld areas on the wheel to be able to diamond cut it.
