1. Tyre Removal
Tyres are first removed to allow our technicians to assess damage and buckles. This also allows for the painting of the entire wheel including the inside rim.

2. Chemical Acid Strip
Tyres are first removed to allow our technicians to assess damage and buckles. This also allows for the painting of the entire wheel including the inside rim.

3. Wheel Preparation
In this step, our technicians repair any damages to the wheel. This includes the removal of scuffs, corrosion or curb damage. The wheel is then keyed up in order to allow a fresh layer of paint to be applied in the following processes.

4. Primer Powder Coat
Powder primer is first applied to the wheel to provide an even layer for paint to sit as well as build the strength of the paint layers.

5. Powder Coat
Powder coat base paint is then applied. This is where your chosen colour is applied. There are a huge variety of colours to choose from, so we can get really creative here. This layer is the colour the wheel will be on finalisation.

6. Diamond Cut
This step is optional. Alloys are placed into our state of the art CNC Lathe where a diamond tip is used to remove a layer of steel, thereby removing light damages and providing a fresh diamond cut finish.

7. Lacquer Powder Coat
Lacquer, also known as clear coat, is then applied to the wheel. This layer is a see-through plastic which provides a high gloss (or matte) finish whilst protecting the paint from damage and the metal from corrosion. It is a water and weatherproof layer which leaves your wheels looking fresh for years to come.

8. Tyre Re-Fitting
Now that the actual alloys have been refurbished and repainted, the tyres are ready to be re-fitted for return to your car.

9. Wheel Balancing
Our service includes wheel balancing prior to re-fitting your wheels to your car. Wheel balancing prevents damage to vehicles and is an essential part of tyre removal and fitting.

10. Fit to Car
Lastly, the alloy wheels are then re-fitted to your car to give your car a fresh and uninterrupted look!
