Warranty Information
This warranty applies to paintwork performed by Alloy Refurb Centre from the date of service and is subject to the terms below.
Warranty Holder: Customer named on invoice
Alloy Refurb Centre (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides this limited warranty in respect of paint and lacquer finishes applied to alloy wheels by Alloy Refurb Centre. This warranty sets out the rights and obligations of the customer (“you”) and the limits of our liability.
1. Scope of Warranty
Subject to the exclusions and conditions set out below, Alloy Refurb Centre warrants that:
Paintwork, powder coating, and clear lacquer applied by Alloy Refurb Centre will be free from material defects and workmanship faults for a period of 12 months from the date of service.
Defects covered include, but are not limited to:
Lacquer or paint peeling, flaking, or blistering directly caused by workmanship or materials.
Uneven finish, runs, sags, or bubbling directly resulting from our application process.
Paint cracking caused by improper curing during our process.
This warranty is limited to defects that arise under normal use of the wheels and does not extend to external factors beyond our control.
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Accidental damage, including kerbing, scratches, dents, or impacts.
Normal wear and tear, including minor fading or light scuffing over time.
Improper maintenance, cleaning with abrasive chemicals, or use of high-pressure washers inappropriately.
Exposure to unusual or extreme environmental conditions, including salt, frost, hail, or prolonged UV exposure.
Any modification, repair, or alteration performed by a third party.
Corrosion or structural damage to the wheel unrelated to our paintwork.
3. Warranty Conditions
To be eligible for a warranty claim:
The wheel must have been serviced by Alloy Refurb Centre, and proof of service must be provided.
The wheel must not have been subjected to misuse, negligence, or conditions outside normal wear.
All warranty claims must be submitted promptly after discovery of the defect.
Alloy Refurb Centre reserves the right to inspect the wheel and make a final determination as to whether the defect is covered under this warranty.
We may, at our sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the cost of the paintwork.
4. Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to the paintwork itself and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
Alloy Refurb Centre’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
5. How to Make a Claim
To make a warranty claim:
Contact Alloy Refurb Centre via our website or phone.
Provide your original invoice and photographs of the defect.
Arrange for the wheel(s) to be inspected by Alloy Refurb Centre.
We will assess the claim and advise on the outcome and any next steps.
